Questions about placing and managing your order.

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection at products.html, add items to your cart, and proceed through our secure checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase with your order number and estimated delivery date.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at info@lunaroceanrealm.com or calling +61 2 8765 4321. After that window, your order will have entered fulfilment and changes may not be possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalised notes?

Yes. All Lunar Ocean Realm orders arrive in our signature gift box with tissue and a care card. At checkout, you can add a personalised handwritten note at no charge. For bespoke gift experiences — including monogramming — please contact us before placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL. We do not store your card details on our servers.

How long does delivery take?

Australian orders arrive in 3–5 business days via free express shipping. Overnight delivery is available for $24. International shipping to New Zealand takes 4–7 days; other international destinations 7–14 days. Large items such as the Alpine Glamping Tent may require additional lead time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to 42 countries worldwide. International shipping costs and timelines vary by destination — rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes. See our Shipping Policy for a full list of supported countries.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also contact us with your order number and we'll provide a real-time status update. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on weekdays are dispatched same day.

What is White Glove Delivery?

Our White Glove service ($89) includes delivery to a room of your choice by uniformed couriers, careful unpacking, and placement or light assembly. Ideal for large items like the Alpine Glamping Tent or Outdoor Dining Collection. Available in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metropolitan areas.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on all items in original, unused condition with tags attached. Simply contact us with your order number to initiate a return. Australian returns are free of charge. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or colour?

Yes. Exchanges for different sizes or colours are handled the same way as returns. Contact us within 30 days, return the original item, and we'll dispatch your replacement (subject to stock availability). If the replacement is a different price, we'll issue a refund or invoice the difference.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2–3 business days after arrival), we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds generally appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

What leather do you use in your bags and accessories?

We use only full-grain vegetable-tanned leather, sourced from tanneries in Florence and Portugal that have been operating for over a century. Vegetable tanning is a traditional, natural process that produces leather of exceptional density and character. It develops a unique patina over time — the more you use it, the more beautiful it becomes.

How do I choose the right size for the Heritage Leather Backpack?

The 26L is ideal for day trips and city use. The 34L (our most popular size) suits multi-day hiking and overnight expeditions. The 44L is designed for extended backcountry trips. All sizes fit a 15" laptop. If you're unsure, we recommend the 34L — it's versatile enough for both day and overnight use without feeling oversized.

Is the Alpine Glamping Tent weatherproof?

Yes. The Alpine Glamping Tent is constructed from 350gsm waxed canvas with a water column rating of 4,000mm — well above what you'd encounter in normal Australian conditions. All seams are double-stitched and sealed. The tent has been tested in sustained rain, wind speeds up to 80km/h, and temperatures from -5°C to 45°C.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All Lunar Ocean Realm products carry a minimum 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Leather goods come with our Lifetime Repair Guarantee — if a stitch fails, a buckle breaks, or the leather cracks prematurely, we'll repair it free of charge, forever. Simply contact us to arrange a repair.

Care & Repair

How to maintain your Lunar Ocean Realm pieces for a lifetime.

How should I care for my leather goods?

Apply a quality leather conditioner every 6–12 months to keep the leather supple and nourished. We recommend Leather Master conditioner, which is available from our Sydney showroom. Wipe down with a soft, dry cloth after use in wet conditions. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Store stuffed with tissue to maintain shape when not in use.

How do I re-wax my Canvas tent?

We recommend re-waxing your canvas tent every 2–3 years or when you notice water is no longer beading on the surface. Apply a canvas wax (we recommend Nikwax Cotton Proof or a beeswax-based product) to a clean, dry tent, then set it up in the sun to allow the wax to absorb fully. This takes about 2 hours on a warm day.

How do I use the Lifetime Repair Guarantee?

Email us at info@lunaroceanrealm.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll assess the repair and provide a pre-paid returns label. Once received, our artisans will repair your piece and return it to you, typically within 2–3 weeks. There is no charge for the repair or return shipping within Australia.

Can I wash my Merino Wool products?

Yes. All Lunar Ocean Realm merino wool items are machine washable on a gentle, cold wool cycle. Use a specialist wool detergent (Eucalan is excellent). Do not tumble dry — lay flat on a clean towel to air dry. Merino naturally resists odour and needs washing far less frequently than conventional fabrics.
