Returns Policy

We want you to love every Lunar Ocean Realm piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns simple and stress-free.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

How to Return

• Email info@lunaroceanrealm.com with your order number and reason for return
• We'll respond within one business day with return authorisation and a pre-paid return label (Australian orders)
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Drop off at any Australia Post location using the provided label
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees. Shipping costs are refunded in full if the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalised or monogrammed items
• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
• Items returned after 30 days without prior authorisation

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 24 months of purchase, we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Our leather goods carry a Lifetime Repair Guarantee. Contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
